Reports Guide

1.General Overview #

RaceDay Software has a host of Reports that cover the needs of  reporting printed onsite or posted or emailed in a PDF Format. These reports are all pre formatted to print on your system printer.

All of the event information that you entered when you built the event will be displayed in the header and footer, these are preformatted and can not be changed. You can add header and footer images, see the information on how to do that later in the user guide.

Should you need a special type of report please reach out to RaceDay Support to request an addition.

3.USAC Export #

USAC Export will export a CSV File in the USA Cycling format so that you can then upload to the USA Cycling Rankings program.

Due to the fact that each event is unique and has its own categories and race ages there are some adjust and updates that need to be made to the report after you export it. These are the following fields

Race Date – Check to make sure it is correct and copied to the bottom of the report

Race Discipline – Make sure the Race Discipline is correct and copied to the bottom of the report

Race Categories – Race categories need to reflect current USAC Categories

Race Gender – Make sure that the Race Gender is correct for each athlete

Race Class – This is usually only two  Master or Junior

Race Age –  This is the race age of the Category, you will need to delete the age that come in to the report and add the age groupings that reflect you event Categories.

Examples:

Cat1/2/3 Male Master 35-39

Cat1/2/3/4/Novice Male Junior 17-18

Novice   Female

4.Custom Reports Directory #

RaceDay Event software has a host of reports that should cover all of your reporting needs, however there may come a time that you request a special report that may apply only to your event. (Usually if a event news a special report most event would need it and we would create and add to the standard repot menu)

If a special report is created and sent to you this option will allow you to designate where that report is located on your computer so the software can find it.

Select a directory where your custom reports are located. The directory must exists. Use the button […] to pick your directory.
